Reviews and Ratings
I had a good experience at the hotel overall. The staff was helpful, and we enjoyed a nice group experience with good meals. However, the pricing felt a bit high for some, and the dining options could be expanded. The rooms were comfortable, which added to our satisfaction, but some noise issues did slightly dampen our stay.
I was quite disappointed with my stay at the resort. The restaurant was underwhelming, with soggy meals served on overly hot plates. The accommodations left much to be desired as well, particularly the lack of adequate hot water for a jacuzzi that I was looking forward to using. While there are some good points, especially regarding the cleanliness and the layout of the living spaces, the negatives really impacted my overall experience.
Crown Isle offers a quality stay with great service on the golf course, even if some aspects, like room updates, could be improved. The dining experience was a highlight, especially breakfast, but it's important to understand the challenges posed by current service restrictions. Overall, it was a good value for money, particularly with their stay and play promotion.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the resort. On the positive side, the restaurant and golf course were both excellent, and the variety of villa options is impressive. However, the housekeeping service was extremely disappointing, as my villa was not cleaned properly during my stay. Overall, while there are standout features, there were significant service issues that detracted from the experience.
I had high hopes for this hotel, especially given its lovely location by the golf course. While the Villas were spacious and comfortable, the service left much to be desired, especially regarding room cleaning, as it was not performed daily. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room, particularly in the bathroom. Overall, it’s a mixed experience; I enjoyed the space but felt the hotel could improve significantly in service and cleanliness.
